Welcome to the Maximilianeum

Three buildings make up the “Maximilianeum” –“Max 12”, “Max 13”, and “Max 19”. For over 100 years the house of “Maximilianeum” offers affordable rooms to young adults in training or study. The houses are situated near the main buildings of the ETH and UZH. Both the rail station and the city center are in walking distance (5-10min).

Doubleroom available by August or September

We’re looking for two persons willing to share a room from September onwards!
There will be double room @Max12 available: It has 24m², its own washing basin, fully furnished and a big balcony facing the courtyard with a fantastic view over the city. (impressions, see last-minute offers)
Pricing per person: CHF 965/monthly with all extras, internet and halfboard (breakfast & dinner) included
Conditions: Minimum duration of stay for one semester (until Feb 2025)
Applicants must already know eachother (siblings, a young couple, good friends, etc.), in education and under 30 years of age.
